"Children's Nature Center 2014"

GVZQ is a group of professionals devoted to creating a wildlife conservancy in the Grand Valley of Western Colorado. Our goal is to connect students with nature to promote education, conservation, and research. Since January 2011 over 16,000 students have participated in our programs and outreach. The City of Fruita supports our mission and has committed to working on a lease of public land for the future nature Center.

June 1 – ZOOrific Car Show will be at American Furniture Warehouse from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Come see exotic cars, Zoological animals, recycle paper products with Zoo Quest and Waste Management, plus recycle electronic waste at E-Waste Recyclers of Colorado.

June 3 – Kannah Creek Brewery on 12^th Street, GJ is hosting their Firck’n Monday fundraiser with the special Keg of Beer donations going to GVZQ.

June 4 – Come to GVZQ Day at Noodles and Company from 5 – 8 p.m. will be donating 25% of the ticket proceeds, WHEN you mention “Help GV ZOO Quest” before you pay.
